When will my order ship?
In-stock orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on business days normally ship the same day. Tracking is emailed once the carrier accepts the package.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within the contiguous United States is normally 3–7 business days after processing. Faster options may be available at checkout.
What is the return policy?
Most unused products can be requested for return within 30 calendar days of delivery when the original packaging, accessories and proof of purchase are included.
Do you offer international shipping?
Orders currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not currently available.
Are products covered by a warranty?
Warranty coverage follows the terms listed on the product page and the applicable manufacturer warranty. Contact us if you need help locating warranty information.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
